Please join us for the second of our Hot Seat Series! Our first session in July was a hit, so we’re bringing it back for another round for our Fall opener. Here are several topics we will be exploring with our guest, Jeff Oltmann, in his recent work in these areas: Organizational change – an ongoing topic of keen interest! Facilitation techniques and leading teams in the New Normal Building consistent PM processes across recently acquired organizations Mentoring a Senior PM Facilitator, Kim Cude, will lead the interview and encourage audience participation to engage in spirited discussion about the interviewee’s real-world experiences, challenges, and how to keep it together in an ever-changing world.
