Hot Seat Summer Series #2

Please join us for the second of our Hot Seat Series! Our first session in July was a hit, so we’re bringing it back for another round for our Fall opener.

Here are several topics we will be exploring with our guest, Jeff Oltmann, in his recent work in these areas:

  1. Organizational change – an ongoing topic of keen interest!
  2. Facilitation techniques and leading teams in the New Normal
  3. Building consistent PM processes across recently acquired organizations
  4. Mentoring a Senior PM

Facilitator, Kim Cude, will lead the interview and encourage audience participation to engage in spirited discussion about the interviewee’s real-world experiences, challenges, and how to keep it together in an ever-changing world.

We look forward to utilizing this new format, and hope you enjoy the opportunity to gain knowledge through sharing out of another colleague’s experience.

Please email any questions you have for the interviewee ahead of time to Kim Cude, VP Programs at vpprograms@pmiwv.org
