Julie Smith is a Principal Consultant and Instructor with Make It Happen, LLC, providing project management and business analysis services and training to public agencies and small businesses. Ms. Smith has more than 20 years of professional experience, including project management, business analysis, and training for companies such as Seafirst Bank, Bank of America, HNC Software, ID Analytics, and Cardinal Health. She has delivered dozens of successful software development and implementation projects during her career. In 2013 she joined Make It Happen, LLC and changed her focus to working with public agencies in Oregon.
