Lunch Meeting: Integrating Project Management and Change Management
Deliberately managing the people side of change is key to project success. As we near the end of a change-intensive year, it is more important than ever that Project Leaders develop strategies for deliberately managing change in a way that reaches the heart.
Changing systems, implementing lean business processes, and more can create resistance or other people-related challenges for Project Leaders.
