What about the dateline for the Exam Changes? With PMI changing the PMP Examination Content Outline from June 2015 to December 2019, how does this impact the timing of my PMP application and Exam Date?

PMI has pushed the December 2019 date to July 1, 2020. This provides PMP applicants time to complete this course and prepare their application for the PMP Exam. Here's what Customer Care of PMI recommends:

"We would suggest that as soon as the course is completed, the students should then start submit for the PMP exam through our online application. They will only be able to submit this application after completing the course but can spend time preparing the rest of the application ahead of time.

Details about their work experience and other attained education information that is required can be filled out prior to submitting the application and then they can return to this application later to provide the course information once it is done.

Once they have submitted, it may take 5 days about to review unless they are chosen for the random audit. If chosen for random audit, they will need to provide supporting documentation by mail."

In addition, we will advise you throughout the course on preparing your application, review your application with you, and mentor you through this process, to ensure you submit your PMP application in a timely fashion. We will also mentor you on how to build your documentation in case you are randomly selected for an audit. The course ends April 21, 2020 and the deadline to take the exam is June 30, 2020. That is a 70-day window.

For questions regarding the course, please contact the  project manager, Bob Frank at vptechnology.salem@pmiwv.org.
