How to Get Started with Portfolio Management

Project portfolio management helps business implement strategic objectives and effectively manage their resources, investments, and outcomes. There are two kinds of portfolios: strategic and resource. Strategic portfolios are useful to product development companies, and resource portfolios are useful to services companies and organizations. This presentation will provide an overview of the basics of portfolio management, how to choose the right set of portfolio tools for your challenges, and how you can get your organization started with project portfolio management.
