People: The key to change management

In a day and age when change is fast and furious, it is important to remember that change affects more than just workflow. With change come four important things to remember when it comes to people: communication, collaboration, education and congratulation. What is the common theme in these four components? Emotion. From shock, to anger, to (hopefully) acceptance, come learn from recent experiences, how to best manage the change and expectations of those affected.
