In this presentation, Kali will discuss how the team successfully managed projects with the additional challenges of a student workgroup, and the lessons this provides to all projects:
- How to get projects off the ground as students
- How to work with and motivate students to join
- How to build a platform for the project to continue with a high turnover workforce.
