US Army Master Sergeant (Ret)
Brian will present on how he transformed a group of young, newly minted Green Berets into a highly successful, cohesive, resilient Special Forces team. From extensive unit training in Germany to foreign internal defense missions in Africa and ultimately to serving alongside NATO partners in Afghanistan, Brian will share his experiences mentoring, coaching, and leading highly motivated, uniquely qualified individuals.
