Ben Kahn, Transformation Manager, will present the DMV Service Transformation Program including what DMV has learned from the past, where they are today, and the plans for the future. He will also share how DMV impacts every Oregonian, especially those wanting to travel by air in the future. There will be ample opportunities for discussion, especially around lessons learned, best practices, and minimizing risk.
