Imagine that you are a navigator on a boat. You might use your GPS to get close to home port, but once you get close to the dock you are not looking at your GPS, you are looking out and around the boat to make sure you don’t hit a rock or a jetski...or a diver!

In this presentation we will explore the different phases of planning a project using Earned Value Management to help forecast future performance.
