Presentor: Nell Klumph, PMP, ACP, OPMCP
Contact Information: RK Technical Associates, LLC, nklumph@rktechnical.com,
Description:
According to Government Technology Magazine Survey, (March 2018), "About one third of State IT Systems are Old and Broken."
More than ever, Oregon agencies need to understand the various steps and time frames in building an RFP and in Contract negotiations. It is important for agencies and teams to know where to focus their time (and valuable resources) on the areas where the most value (and risk mitigation) is located.
Failing to focus on earlier critical steps may mean lengthy negotiations in later steps, --or losing the critical edge in the negotiation processes. This overview will provide a roadmap for agencies to use in exploring their own replacement options.
