February 2018 Corvallis Lunch Meeting

ErikGradineUnderstanding "Why"

Erik Gradine, CSM, CSPO

Program Manager

Trimble

What makes “why”the Most Powerful Word in the English Language? We all work on projects:  from constructing buildings, to launching new products, to sustaining software releases. We almost always know "what" we are building.  Most of the time we understand "how" we are building it.  Yet we seldom have any concept of "why" we are building it. Understanding "why" will unlock the full potential of any project’s team!  Join us as we discuss this powerful word and get some insight into unlocking its ability to unleash the full productivity of our project teams.
