Inclusive Leadership
David Baldridge, Ph.D

David will lead us in an interactive discussion on leadership, highlighting the differences between leadership and management and styles and behaviors associated with leadership effectiveness. We will discuss leadership models and learnable behaviors associated with leadership effectiveness and inclusive leadership and discuss how participants can improve in these behaviors.
About the Presenter
David C. Baldridge is a Newcomb Fellow and Associate Professor of Management. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Connecticut, Storrs. His MBA in Finance and BGS with concentrations in Economics, English and Philosophy are from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His teaching and research interests include: individual difference, perceptions, organizational behavior, organizational adaptation and technology utilization. His research has appeared in the Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Human Resource Management Review Journal of Business Communication and other leading management publications.
